Western Theme

Mixes of Elements

Buttons and a faux ribbon are added to some
marbled patterned papers.
I received some textured paper from
a RAK and it has come in quite handy.

More of that textured paper
is paired with a RAK saying
and some chipboard buttons.

Repurposed Cards

These are cards made from advertisements,
boxes or cards that I received.
This first one is from the box of a set of stationary.
The stationary is long gone.
I can't even remember how long I have had this box!
This one is from an advertisement I got in the mail.
Here is another one made from a card I received.
I just used a pink paper to border the panels
and popped foamie hearts on top.

Christmas Card Making Kit

Look what I found for $3.39 (marked down from $9.99) at Michaels:
It makes 18 cards so that comes to less than 20¢ per card!

Valentine's Day Cards

My friend and two daughters (early teens), and I had a productive two hours making Valentine's Day cards for the troops! They also brought over a delicious homemade cake!
They are here for four or five years visiting from Germany. Andrea is in my Italian Conversation group.

I only made the ones in the back row and the two on the right that are the same with bows. They made the rest. They are very creative!

Craft Punch Update

Craft punch drawers update.
Michaels was having an extra 20% off and these were already marked 40% off. So I picked up a bunch more....okay, now I'm finished.

Storage Reorganization

When I was given more rubber stamps, my storage drawers for them were overflowing, so I organized them on shelves in my craft closet.
When I used my Michael's gift certificate for my birthday from my wonderful Mother-in-law, my craft punch storage behind the craft closet door was also outgrown. So I put the punches in the recently vacated stamp drawers!

They are at the side of my desk and make for a much more handy location.
